“Through my work at Cramer, I am privileged to see the incredible impact of trusting relationships, intentional collaboration, and authentic connection. All of these are common traits among our community’s nonprofit organizations. Every day I am amazed by the resiliency of our philanthropic partners and inspired by their energy.”

Maddy Andrews works to cultivate strong, lasting relationships between nonprofits and donors that lead to fundraising success. Her boundless curiosity, enthusiastic leadership, and diligence make her an asset—not only to our clients, but to the Cramer team.

As a senior consultant, Maddy drives our clients’ campaigns from concept to completion. She conducts thorough feasibility studies, uncovering opportunities for organizations to grow in new directions. Her findings allow her to craft fundraising strategies that engage prospective donors, stakeholders, and community members, generating gifts at all levels and bringing transformative visions to life. Nonprofit leaders know their campaigns will stay on track, thanks to her ability to coordinate large teams of volunteers and break down large endeavors into manageable tasks.

In addition to managing the intricacies of feasibility studies and campaigns, Maddy harnesses her creativity to create compelling campaign marketing materials for our clients. Her design skills have brought impactful fundraising collateral to life for the Dublin Food Pantry, Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio, and the Lexington Children’s Museum, to name just a few recent campaign clients. Using striking visuals, she presents pertinent campaign details in a way that inspires confidence and generosity in donors.

A lifelong resident of Dublin, Ohio, Maddy has a passion for community service. She is a member of the Dublin AM Rotary Club and serves on the Membership Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) of Central Ohio. She also served on the fundraising committee of the 2023 Dublin City Schools Levy Committee, and is a board member of the Dublin Education Foundation. Maddy received her BA in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky. In September of 2024, Maddy received the honor of being the youngest philanthropic professional to receive her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) accreditation. She also earned her certification in Nonprofit Board Education from BoardSource.

In her free time, Maddy enjoys exploring local restaurants with her friends and family, reading, spending her Saturdays at the Dublin Market, volunteering with youth, and going on walks with her dog, Tucker.
